Penn defeated Elkhart by three points for this year's Northern Indiana Conference boys track championship . It's likely to be those two again when the IHSAA boys track regional plays out Thursday at Warsaw. Throw in Northern Lakes Conference champion Warsaw and it should be a tight, three-way battle for the team championship. Elkhart and Penn are evenly matched on the track, while Warsaw expects to dominate in the field events. At Valparaiso, meanwhile, it's looking like a Duneland Conference free-for-all with Chesterton, Crown Point, Lake Central and La Porte all in the hunt for a team title.
